KCLG Inc Terms of Membership

BY SUBMITTING THIS membership FORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING.

1. That all participants, including visitors, are reminded that they join in activities as volunteers.

2. Activies may have associated risks including but not limited to the risk of accidental injury.

3. All persons joining in any activities of the Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups Inc do so as volunteers in all respects and as such accept sole responsibility for any injury however incurred and the KCLG Inc, its office bearers and staff are absolved from any liability in respect of any injury or damage suffered whilst engaging in any such activity

4. I confirm that I will abide by the published Constitution of KCLG Inc

5. Agree to abide by rules as defined by the website manager from time to time

6. Agree to allow your email address to be used by KCLG Inc for transmission of newsletters

7. Understand and accept that KCLG will do all in its powers to protect the privacy of the information you supply as part of the membership process
