What We Do
Feral Animals
Feral animals compete with native fauna and decrease the productivity of agriculture.
Threatened Species
There are a range of indigenous flora and fauna that are threatened with extinction. Landcare Groups work with landholders to identify and manage appropriate strategies for the survival of the species
Revegetation
Landcare can help landholders revegetate their properties.
Contact the Landcare Facilitator to arrange a site visit.
Weed Control
Woody weeds that are invasive compromise the natural values of waterways, parks and reserves Weeds are also a major cost to agriculture.
Governance
Governance includes management and funding for Landcare Groups in North East Victoria
Soil Health
Our soil is a precious resource. Our dung beetle and earthworm projects work towards sustainable agricultural solutions that protect and enhance our soils
